An ISTD 2024 entry, Breach aims to highlight the actions and implications of data loss .

- explaining what is meant when discussing terms related to the loss of data and the variables within the concept - more specifically, Breach looks at the act of whistleblowing.

Breach is designed around the idea of alteration, its aesthetic is broken and edited, designed and laid-out in such a way that suggests a post-production change and a disjointed structure which resembles the information given to us, the public, which is not always the truth.  Stolen and modified, the layout aims to replicate the theme of data which has been breached through whistleblowing and modified by dishonest organisations. Its colours, size, typography, binding, paper stock and image alterations all keep in mind the act of modification and the courageous act of whistleblowing.
